• Account information: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
• Business information: store name, store number, address, city, state, and related details.
• Compliance data you enter: license, permit, insurance, and certificate details, including expiry dates and uploaded documents.
• Billing information: subscription plan and payment history. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information: log data such as login times and actions taken in the app, kept for security and audit purposes.

• To provide the Service: tracking your compliance items and sending renewal reminders by email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• To process subscription payments and send billing notices and receipts.
• To respond to support requests.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and maintain audit logs.
• To send important service announcements (for example changes to these policies or planned maintenance).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

By providing your mobile number and enabling SMS or WhatsApp alerts in your account settings, you consent to receive automated reminder and account notification messages from JustCompli at that number. These include license renewal reminders, subscription and billing notifications, and account alerts.

• Message frequency varies based on your compliance items and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS alerts in your account settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@justcompli.com.
• Opting out of messaging does not cancel your subscription, but you may miss important renewal reminders.
• We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third party.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database and document storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — outbound email delivery
• Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp message delivery
• ImprovMX — inbound support email routing

Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function.

We keep your data while your account is active. If your account is permanently closed at your request, we delete your business and compliance data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (for example payment records).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@justcompli.com from your registered email address. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

The Service is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
